We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Insurance Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Job Summary: As an Insurance Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of dental insurance processes for our patients. You will be responsible for verifying insurance information, explaining coverage options to patients, processing claims, and providing excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with patients and insurance providers will contribute to the success of our practice. Job duties include, but are not limited to: -Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage prior to appointments and communicate coverage details to patients. -Patient Education: Explain insurance benefits, deductibles, and other relevant details to patients, ensuring they understand their coverage. -Claims Processing: Submit accurate and timely insurance claims on behalf of patients and follow up on outstanding claims. -Billing: Coordinate with your manager to ensure accurate statement and resolve any insurance-related billing discrepancies. -Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of insurance transactions, patient communications, and claims status. -Authorization Management: Obtain pre-authorizations and pre-determinations as required by insurance plans. Billing and Coding Compliance: Ensure billing and coding practices comply with dental insurance guidelines and regulations. -Patient Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing patients with information, assistance, and a warm welcome. -Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the dentistand#39;s schedule and accommodating patient preferences.
