Our Office Raleigh, NC, is seeking a reliable and experienced Practice Manager to join our team! The right candidate will be organized, have the skills necessary to multitask effectively and efficiently, and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Our Practice Manager is a key point of contact for patients and dental office team members while acting as a liaison between the supported office, the Regional Director of Operations, and our administrative support team. Your role is to lead, organize, and coordinate operational duties and office procedures while creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, and ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. This position is full-time! Office hours are Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities include: - Act as a Leader to the team, proactively managing the daily operational functions of the office while supporting both the clerical and clinical teams. - Execute the flow of the patient schedule while providing the best patient experience. - Maintain a focus on practice production and collections. - Verify patient dental insurance policies and complete breakdown forms. - Present patient treatment plans and assist in applying for financing, and creating payment plans when appropriate. - Send monthly billing statements and manage Practice AR - Maintain the office condition and coordinate with the facilities team to arrange necessary repairs. - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. - Coordinate daily team huddles, monthly team meetings, and quarterly team-building outings. - Open Dental Software Skills - Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager (Required) - Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, insurance, and treatment planning. - Experience presenting patient treatment plans - Proficiency in various dental software, Open Dental experience is a plus! - Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment - A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements - Ability to collaborate and problem-solve - Ability to connect with team members and patients alike to create and maintain a relaxed and supportive practice atmosphere We offer a competitive salary along with a great benefits package!
