Description

We are looking for a compassionate experienced orthodontic assistant to join our team! We are a locally owned family orthodontic practice providing quality care for over 30 years. We are considering full and part-time applicants. You will work directly with orthodontists and experienced assistants to provide patient centered dental care. You will become part of a caring team of dental professionals in our successful private practice. Some of your responsibilities will be: • Take patient records including xrays, scans and pictures • Provide chair side orthodontic assistance • Ensure a positive patient experience • Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic treatment • Assist with sterilization and stocking inventory • Support team members • Assist management with special projects as needed Qualifications: • 3 years of working as an orthodontic assistant • RDA and CPR certification • Strong communication skills • Computer skills working with dental software • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Detail oriented and ability to follow through with assigned responsibilities Travel between two locations required
