Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding support to our dental professionals. As a Dental Assistant at Ace Dental Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments. - Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified). - Pack chords, make temporary restorations, and take impressions. - Welcome and prepare patients for dental treatment. - Present and explain treatment. - Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation of treatments. - Provide post-operative care instructions to patients. - Assist in the management of dental emergencies. - Ensure all dental equipment and instruments are properly maintained and sterilized. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. - Perform other administrative and clinical tasks as needed. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program is a plus. - Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures. - Exceptional attention to detail. - CPR certification is a plus. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dental practice.
