Description

We are a specialty provider of pediatric and orthodontic dental services. We offer our employees a great work environment free of the corporate demands and culture. We are looking for an energetic, fast learner, a team player, works great with children. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Ensure quality patient service by providing thorough patient care, effective communication and personal attention in a gentle, caring manner • Prepare the treatment rooms, patient records, equipment and necessary instruments for dental procedures • Provide chair-side assistance to the doctor including but not limited to basic and complex restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, emergency and preventative dental procedures • Record accurate and concise patient and treatment information for clinical notes • Take dental radiographs (x-rays) • Provide patients with instructions for oral care prior to and following surgery or other dental treatment procedures • Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health • Monitor inventory of dental supplies • Maintain a clean work environment to meet OSHA and Center for Disease Control sterilization and infection control regulatory standards. • Increase and stimulate new patient growth by supporting company marketing and promotional programs inside and outside of the office. Skills: -Bilingual is REQUIRED (Spanish-English) -Professionalism -Great customer service -Team oriented -Relationship building skills -Organized -Multi-task -Time management -Strong computer skills (google docs, dental software, etc.) -Problem solver -Punctual Qualifications REQUIRED: -Current Texas RDA license -Current CPR -N2O certification (can get within 30 days of hire if needed)
