We are looking for a Rock Star dental assistant for our office in the West Valley. We are a family owned practice that is experiencing tremendous growth and would like a long-term assistant that is willing to grow with us. We have the philosophy of Work hard, play hard and if you are not a hard worker that is not willing to give 100% every day then this is not the job for you. Skills required: MINIMUM 3 years chairside assisting Dentrix experience Ability to treatment plan confidently and accurately Confidence in speaking with patient and clearly conveying their treatment needs Commitment to the team Enthusiastic and outgoing personality Good judgment Willingness to learn and grow Able to take constructive criticism We offer a competitive hourly wage, bonus opportunities and 4-day work weeks.
