Our technologically advanced orthodontic practice in Grapevine is looking for an orthodontic Lead Registered Dental Assistant We provide a working team environment like no other dental office you have ever seen! The individual must work well within a team, have a sound work ethic, be self-motivated, flexible and really enjoy engaging with patients. Duties will include I-Tero scans, patient interaction, computer charting, digital x-rays, digital print models, orthodontic care, and assisting the doctor chair-side. Orthodontic assisting experience required. What We Offer • Competitive pay with monthly bonus opportunity • Health wellness center • 401(k) Plan • 3 weeks paid time off in your first year; paid holidays • Discounts on dental care for you and your family members • Fun Team Atmosphere What You’ll Do • Establish a trusting rapport with patients, ensuring that the Ultimate Patient Experience is delivered to every patient • Educate the patients on orthodontic care • Assist in patient care including assisting in placing and removing orthodontic appliances, and taking full records to include CBCT cephs, and 3-D scans • Maintain patients’ charts and doctor notes accurately • Track orthodontic cases and 3 d print models as needed • Keep room stocked and organized as well as clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and supplies • Assist in Doctor with duties What You’ll Need • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Some dental/orthodontic industry experience • Texas Registered Dental Assistant Certification/ License • Texas Radiography Certification • CPR certification required • Prior RDA experience preferred • Versed in Dentrix is preferred • Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Apply today!
