Texas Institute of Oral, Facial and Implant Surgery is a privately-owned oral surgery practice that is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Insurance Coordinator/Patient AR person for our growing practice located in Midlothian, TX. The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and qualities: • Highly effective communicator with patients and staff • Must BE a self-starter and work independently • Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy surgery office • Schedule patients proficiently • Must be mature, responsible and have the ability to work well in a team setting • Knowledge of Carestream WinOMS preferred but not required • Answer incoming andamp; outgoing calls in a professional matter (Appointment scheduling/confirming appointments) • Be well versed in Word/Excel/PDF/Scanning • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing and treatment coordinating Benefits: 2 week vacation, PTO 401 (k)/Cash Balance Plans Team Building Events outside the office!!! *RDA is a PLUS!!!
