Cosmetic Dental Associates is currently seeking to employ an individual with experience in customer service and relations. This position would be responsible for going over treatment and cost with the patients after the consultation is completed, and getting them scheduled. This will also entail helping them get set up with any financing if needed. Staying in touch with patients after they leave the office and following up with them to get them scheduled for future treatment is also important in this position. Reaching out to patients that have done consultations in the past and trying to get them scheduled for treatment is also part of this position. Great communication skills and being a people person are required. Our focus at Cosmetic Dental Associates is to give our patients the most optimal results possible through care, compassion and professionalism.
