Our busy practice in Murfreesboro, TN is in need of an orthodontic chair-side assistant. The applicant should have excellent communication skills, great work ethic, desire to learn the procedures and flow of the practice, as well as a nice professional appearance. The applicant must be willing to work as a team to accomplish the daily goals, while treating our patientand#39;s like family in a timely manner. Registered dental assistants without orthodontic experience will also be considered if the above position requirements are met. Please make sure your resume is complete with dates of previous employment, reason for leaving and skills mastered noted in an organized manner. • We offer a competitive salary based on experience, paid time off, holiday pay, and 401k match. • Office hours are: Monday thru Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Experience: • Dental assisting: 2 year (Preferred) Responsibilities include (but not limited to): • Speaking with patients and parents about orthodontic treatment • Take x-rays including bitewings, panoramic, ceph • Orthodontic assisting includes: taking intraoral and facial photographs, bonding braces, cementing appliances, reties, removing braces, delivering retainers, intraoral scans (3 Shape), taking impressions • Manage a fast paced patient schedule • Ensure the clinic runs on time and is efficient If you think you would make a great fit, please apply below and we cannot wait to meet you!
