As a dental assistant you will assist in delivering outstanding care and experiences for our patients. Benefits: Competitive Salary Monthly Bonus opportunities 401k w/ a match Health Insurance - employer covers 50% of employee out of pocket cost Accrued PTO Scrubs after 60 days Holiday pay Monday - Friday work week Responsibilities: -Ensure quality patient service by providing thorough patient care, effective communication and personal attention. -Prepare the treatment rooms, patient records, equipment and necessary instruments for dental procedures -Provide chairside assistance to the doctor including but not limited to basic and complex restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, emergency and preventative dental procedures -Record accurate and concise patient and treatment information for clinical notes -Take dental radiographs (x-rays) -Provide patients with instructions for oral care prior to and following surgery or other dental treatment procedures -Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health -Monitor inventory and ordering of dental supplies.
