Description

We are seeking an experienced Part/Full time Bilingual Front Office Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle various administrative tasks will contribute to the smooth operation of our practice. We are a fully digital flow office. If you have a minimum of 1 year of dental front desk experience, are great with patients, and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: •Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner •Schedule appointments and manage the dental officeand#39;s calendar •Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients •Collect and record patient information accurately •Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately •Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients •Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality •Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails •Assist with billing and insurance claims processing •Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow •Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns promptly •Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: •Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dental front desk role •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and dental staff •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities •Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records •Proficient in using dental software and computer skills •Familiarity with insurance verification and claims processing •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities •Experience with in net work andamp; out of new work PPO insurances is preferred •Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Flexibility to work Monday through Thursday , from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Friday- 8 am-12 pm If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
