Manning is growing, and our close knit, family-like group (2 doctors, 2 patient care coordinators, 3 assistants, and 2 hygienists) is seeking another delightful co-worker to add their smile and expertise to our group. We are seeking a dental assistant who shares these 4 qualifications and values: 1. Experience: We are seeking a dental assistant with at least two years (more preferred) of stable, focused, experience in clinical dentistry who also possesses a passion to continue learning and gaining new skills. 2. Dynamic Duo: Our ideal assistant is eager to learn to “think like their dentist,” anticipating what comes next and to work so smoothly at chairside with the dentist that we’ll wonder if you have “mind melded.” Like a winning couple on “Dancing with the Stars,” we are seeking an assistant who has the ability to focus and stay so “in the present moment” during the procedure that the concerted effort at chairside is seamless. 3. Modern technology: Use all the expanded duties that the Georgia Board allows like temp crown removal, packing cord, applying desensitizer, taking photos, doing temp repairs, trying in crowns, delivering dentures and whitening trays. We are fully ready to oversee the training and technical excellence of our dental assistant to allow you to expand to your potential. 4.
