Description

Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions - Take and develop dental x-rays - Assist the dentist during procedures as required - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Utilize dental software systems to manage patient information and appointments and#96;and#96;and#96;Skillsand#96;and#96;and#96; - Proficient in performing patient assessments and providing appropriate dental care - Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus - Familiarity with dental office procedures and protocols - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality - Ability to operate dental software systems for efficient record keeping and appointment scheduling - Dental assisting skills to assist the dentist during procedures - Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental procedures and oral health conditions - Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health systems for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
