We have been a very successful private practice for more than 20 years and are well established with a very experienced staff. We have exceptional patient service-oriented systems that we have implemented, and we are looking to add a strong team member to our team! We are located in the north Fort Worth/Alliance area and are seeking a full-time front office team member. Our hours of operation for this position are Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 3:00pm and Fridays 8am to 2pm. Our Mission: We are a privately owned family practice that creates lasting relationships with our patients and builds connections while educating our patients on dental wellness. We are dental professionals dedicated to creating a world-class dental practice by providing to our patients a truly positive and personalized experience, as well as ensuring our patients receive the highest quality dental care possible. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced front office team player who is dependable, highly skilled, can multitask, and perform the following job duties: 1) Understands and is in line with the practice vision, values, and culture and someone who can be an ambassador for the practice. 2) Has a calm and confident phone voice. 3) MUST HAVE A MINIMUM of 3 years’ experience in dentistry, is familiar with dental terminology and procedures. 4) Able to schedule patients efficiently, confirm appointments, verify patients’ insurance eligibility, and help with reaching our office production goals 5) Help collect payments 6) Manage billing and collections 7) Proficient in Eaglesoft 8) Is professional and courteous with great communication skills and verbiage. 9) Must be open to learning how to create and present treatment plans as well as financial options for patients. 10) Provide support to our business operators and owner doctors.
