Description

At Avella Family & Implant Dentistry we are a seeking a highly organized, experienced and skilled Lead Dental Assistant who can hit the ground running. This position will be responsible for ensuring the back office runs smoothly. This includes managing a team of 2-4 assistants, assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry, obtaining x-rays, tracking inventory and ordering supplies within a set budget, performing equipment maintenance on a consistent basis, sterilizing rooms and instruments, ensuring instruments are properly set up for dental procedures, sending out lab cases, and assisting the dentist with lab work when necessary. Candidates must have at least 3 years of dental experience and must have experience with ordering dental supplies. Our office provides comprehensive dentistry to all ages including oral surgery, implant placement, crowns, bridges, dentures, full mouth reconstruction, implant supported overdentures, All on 4, CAD same day crowns, Invisalign, and other treatments. We have a clean, modern office and strive to provide the most up to date treatment for our patients. This position would not be suitable for someone with very little experience. We need someone ready to go that can come in full speed, a self starter. We look forward to finding that great team member!
