Element Dental & Orthodontics in Conroe, Texas, is growing, which means we have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist to join the team and practice all types of dentistry. This is an established practice with 10+ years of helping families celebrate healthy, happy smiles. We are looking for someone eager to be part of the Element Dental Team and the Conroe, Texas community. We have built consistent relationships with our patients over the years and continue to serve a community of over 1200 patients each month. Our experienced team is known for providing excellent, compassionate, and worry-free care to over 100 new patients every month.

 >You will have the privilege of working alongside and learning from Dr. Eric Flesher and his team while still maintaining the clinical autonomy you desire. Providing comprehensive dentistry to our patients is encouraged, and you will be able to do a little bit of everything – crowns, bridges, fillings, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetics, and more!  We will offer a full-time position working 4-5 days each week, including 2 Saturdays each month.

Here are the qualifications needed:

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
