DENTAL ASSISTANT We are a General Dentistry Practice in the Cincinnati Ohio are that is looking for a dependable, self-, energetic person to join our practice. We prefer a professional who is passionate about dentistry and is gentle and friendly towards our patients. MAIN JOB TASKS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES . respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries . ensure the quality of dental care to patients . communicate to patients and address their questions and concerns . knowledge of proper sterilization techniques . maintain dental supplies and equipment inventory . have a knowledge of dental software (dentrix) . maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations including OSHA . administering digital xrays including full series, bitewings, and panoramic images . taking responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE . high school graduate . chairside experience (minimum one year) with knowledge of dental procedures and terminology . hepatitis B vaccination .
