Small established 15 year old private practice seeking an experienced, dedicated, detail-oriented RDA who truly cares about providing high quality and compassionate care to patients. Must have a positive attitude. Must be competent in all types of dental procedures and in assisting with all age groups. Hours are Mondays and Wednesdays 8am to 4:30pm; Tuesdays 8am to 6:30pm; some Thursdays 7am to 12:30pm. On average, we work 30-32 hours per week. NO FRIDAYS AND NO WEEKENDS. Ideal position for someone who prefers to balance work/family and for someone seeking a long-term position. Location is in Spring Branch, close to Memorial City (I-10 and Gessner). Ideal position for someone who prefers to be part of a hard-working team. This is NOT the ideal position for someone who takes shortcuts and puts patients' health at risk. Compensation dependant on skills.
