Dental Assistant with 2025 ADHP Sponsorship Opportunity!! We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated dental assistant who wants to become a dental hygienist through the ADHP program. Dr. Cramer has recently become an ADHP-Instructor and we are looking for an ADHP-Student to join our team. Qualifications needed for applicants to be eligible for the ADHP program: - Must have the equivalent of 24 months of full-time employment (at least 30 hours/week) as a chair-side dental assistant in the 3 years immediately prior to the date of his/her application. (Graduates of a CODA-approved Dental Assisting Program can apply the program hours to his/her 24-month requirement.) - Copy of HepB titer verification (MUST show a titer within the last 12 months showing you carry immunity.) If you no longer carry immunity, you must complete the series and submit proof of completing the series prior to applying for this program. - CPR (required to be an in-person course, not online) - Infection Control Training Things we value: - Team players - Consistency - Excellence Compensation: $16-$22/hr (depending on experience) & Monthly office performance bonus Benefits (eligible after 90 days): - Health Insurance (we will cover 50% of employee premium) - At cost dental care (we have office family days twice a year) - Retirement plan (we match up to 3%) - Accrue up to 10 days PTO Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm.
