Sugar Land Dental Office looking for an exceptional administrative team member to join our dynamic, progressive and dedicated team. Our Fee for Service/PPO practice provides general, cosmetic, and sleep dentistry with a focus on the whole patient. Candidates must possess an exemplary customer service mindset with a high level of enthusiasm. This customer facing role will assist in creating the best experience for our patients with outstanding administrative patient care. The position functions as our Schedule Coordinator and supports our Five Star Team. Candidate must have: - Proven scheduling experience for quality dental practice (3 years minimum). - Proficiency in Eaglesoft (or similar software Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.). - Professional attitude and appearance. - Self-starter, ability to work independently and focus on results. - Solid written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. - Accuracy in data entry, notes, phone messages etc. - Excellent organizational skills. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Customer service attitude with positive and sunny disposition a plus! - Coachable and willing to learn. - References must be available. Job Description: - Ensure all patients have an exceptional experience. - Keep current on patient's insurance benefits. - Maintain HIPAA and OSHA regulations. - Assist patients via phone, text and email with elegant communication. - Create treatment plans and help patients make financial arrangements. - Stay current on all new technologies and techniques offered in practice. - Stay current on dental coding and terminology. - Maintain a clean, organized and safe front office environment for patients. - Manage payment plans for patients. - Be knowledgeable of all front office positions in order to offer support.
