Description

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is friendly with a positive attitude. Candidate must have 2 or more years explaining dental treatment. The treatment coordinator (or TC) ensures that the patient and the patient's family are kept informed and included in all matters of the dental treatment and cost. Duties and what we are looking for: - Must be knowledgeable with dental treatment and dental terms - Must know how Dental Insurance works - Must be confident when explaining what the patient needs and how much it costs - Offer payment plans (CareCredit/Sunbit) - Must provide great customer services - Help with patient checking in and out - Collect payments - Help out with front desk duties - Do end of day duties - Follow up with unscheduled treatment plans This position is for our Sugarland Office.
