Rifkin Dental Group has an opportunity for a full-time Dental/Hygiene Assistant in the Atlanta, GA area to become the newest member of our team. We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant, expanded functions experience preferred, those that are passionate about the patient’s overall health with a focus on Oral Health, and willing to be a team player. Rifkin Dental Group is a state-of-the-art, successful, fee-for-service general dental practice. We are a family-owned practice that believes in providing an excellent unified team of individuals that work in harmony while helping others attain optimal health and wellness. Essential Responsibilities: • Loyal, dependable, and punctual. • Enthusiastic and committed to improving the oral health of patients. • Patient screening, medical history, and accurate chart documentation. • Properly sterilize dental instruments. • Take legible radiographs. • Communicate/Explain necessary treatment to the patient. • Other duties as required. Desired Skills: • 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant. • Dentrix software experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • 4-handed dentistry, and the ability to assist doctors visually as well.
