Description

We are looking for an amazing dental hygienist to join our team here on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands! We are a private, fee for service, state of the art practice focused solely on providing the highest quality dental care possible and building quality relationships with our patients. No nights, weekends, quotas or corporate 'synergy' modules. We are a US Territory so no passport, visas, etc required if you are a US Citizen. We are offering a registered dental hygienist the following: -Pay of $60/hour. -Bonus system in addition to your hourly rate- with no cap. -Heath Insurance -PTO -Six paid annual holidays -You will need a USVI Dental Hygiene License. This is a fairly easy process and we will help you along the way. Bonus program If you produce an average of $1200 per day, you will be paid 35% of your collections in lieu of your hourly rate. There are no penalties if you do not reach this goal, but the incentive is there if you wish to increase your income. We're looking for someone Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, although this is flexible.
