Texas Institute of Oral, Facial and Implant Surgery is a privately-owned oral surgery practice that is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated patient care and treatment coordinator/marketing person. Our practice is located in Midlothian, TX. The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and qualities: • Highly effective communicator with patients, staff, and referring offices • Must BE a self-starter and work independently • Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy surgery office • Schedule patients proficiently • Must be mature, responsible and have the ability to work well in a team setting • Knowledge of Carestream WinOMS preferred but not required • Answer incoming and outgoing calls in a professional matter (Appointment scheduling/confirming appointments) • Be well versed in Word/Excel/PDF/Scanning • Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordinating • Must be able to follow up with patients from unscheduled treatment reports • Must be able to travel for marketing to help expand our referring offices/patient numbers *RDA LICENSE IS A PLUS!!
