Fantastic opportunity for self starter! Sugarloaf Smiles is looking for a talented patient coordinator to join our 5 person friendly admin team! We are searching smiling face at the front that will welcome our patients into the practice as you would welcome a guest in your home. You will be the first face that our patients see upon arrival and very often the first point of contact on the phone. We all know how we feel when we walk into an office and are warmly greeted. It sets a pleasant tone for the whole appointment! Salary will depend upon experience. This is a practice that you can grow with, learn new skills, share skills that you already have. Everyone here has had prior dental experience Some of the responsibilities will be check and check out, answering phones, utilizing Dentrix software, Modento to confirm appointments and communicate with patients (will train on Modento), insurance knowledge helpful. Hours will be Mondays, 8am- 2pm or as needed. Tuesday through Friday 6:45am - 2:45pm. Please apply through dental post! I look forward to hearing from you.
