Our patient focused, private practice has the best doctors & team in the area! We're looking for a full-time, experienced (preferably certified, expanded duties), dental assistant to join our team. • Take and document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health and medication history • Assist dentist by handling supplies and instruments as requested • Assist hygienists when needed; seat patients, take x-rays, schedule next hygiene appointment • Prepare trays for dentist with necessary instruments and supplies • Make temporary crowns & bridges • Clean and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms as needed • Take high quality digital dental radiographs • Management of supplies & equipment • Patient charting and notes as instructed by the dentist • Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room Qualifications • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required • Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or a Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF) preferred • Current CPR certification preferred • Radiology certification preferred • 3+ years of experience as a DA (a must) • Cerec experience preferred • iTero/Invisalign experience preferred • Must be a Team Player • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to follow outlined policies and guidelines • Possess a professional and positive attitude • Possess great customer service and hospitality to our patients Hours: Monday 10:00 - 7:30 Tuesday 6:30 - 4:30 Wednesday 6:30 - 4:30 Thursday 6:30 - 2:30 Compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, skill set and performance.
