As the Patient Experience Coordinator, you will manage the hygiene schedule with a focus on providing an exceptional patient experience over the phone, check in and check out. You’ll work alongside our dedicated dental team to ensure that every patient receives timely, respectful care, all while maximizing efficiency and maintaining our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the hygiene schedule efficiently to ensure that every patient receives timely, appropriate care. Proactively fill openings and manage waitlists to minimize scheduling gaps. Patient Education & Communication: Provide patients with clear information about treatment options and procedures, empowering them to make informed decisions. Always strive to find solutions and ensure patients feel supported throughout their care journey. Administrative Excellence: Ensure that all patient records are complete and up-to-date with necessary forms, health histories, and x-rays. Confirm and follow-up on appointments, ensuring smooth transitions between visits. Patient Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling, treatment inquiries, payments, and follow-up care. Ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to respect, gratitude, and patient satisfaction. Efficient Processes: Maintain and manage lists of patients for recall, missed appointments, and those needing follow-up care. Ensure that appointment confirmations, x-ray retrieval, and other administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
