Job Type: Full-time Experience: At least two years of previous experience in any front office position in a dental practice is required. We promote from within which allows for amazing opportunities for growth Overview: As a treatment coordinator, you will play an important role in making sure that our patients can understand the treatment plan(s) that will be best for their oral health. Do you love working with patients to make sure they can get the treatment they need within their financial means? Are you great at helping patients understand their insurance benefits, payment plans and treatment options? Can you explain patients why the treatment is important for their dental health and overall well-being? Qualifications and requirements: Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures Basic knowledge and ability to understand treatment plans and insurance plans and present them to patients in a simple easy-to-understand manner Exceptional customer service skills Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a way that patients can understand A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members Good administrative organizational skills Education and Experience: Insurance verification and Treatment coordination Open Dental Experience is a plus Having at least two years of previous experience in any front office position in a dental practice. *Conditions Apply.
