We are currently seeking a RDH who is not only clinically skilled but also adaptable and patient-focused, with a flexible approach to individual patient needs and comfort levels. We are a dental practice dedicated to providing top-quality care in a friendly and professional environment. Job Responsibilities: • Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and overall dental health • Take digital X-rays and conduct periodontal assessments • Assist the dentist in identifying and diagnosing oral conditions • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and sterilization protocols • Recommend and explain treatment plans to patients • Adjust pace and approach depending on each patient’s comfort level, needs, and concerns • Able to adapt schedule changes to prioritize patient care and comfort Qualifications: • Valid TX Dental Hygienist license • CPR certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you are a dedicated RDH looking to make a difference in patients’ lives, we would love to hear from you!
