Trinity Dental Loft is hiring. We are located near downtown Dallas, Trinity Groves and Kessler. Our modern, upscale, dental office is looking for a Front Office/Patient Coordinator to complete our awesome team! The ideal candidate would possess the following traits: - Positive attitude - Incredible work ethic - Detail-oriented - Capable of working independently - Dependable and reliable - Capable of multitasking - Works well with team members - Handles guidance and instruction well The ideal candidate would have the following experience/ knowledge: - 2+ years working in a dental office - 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting with PPO insurance plans - Worked with Open Dental software - Understands dental terminology - Thorough understanding of billing and coding - Successfully presenting dental treatment plans with case acceptance Job duties for this position are as follows: - Greeting patients and assisting them at the reception desk - Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information - Submitting insurance claims - Presenting treatment plans to patients and closing cases - Creating financial arrangements for dental treatment - Managing patient scheduling to achieve a successful and productive day - Manage recall and unscheduled treatment lists and accounts receivable If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and cover letter.
