Read below, but to fast track your application, please apply here: https://beyondbiodent.bamboohr.com/careers/31?source=aWQ9Mjc%3D THE PERSON Are you a thoughtful, strategic problem-solver who enjoys working closely with leadership to make sure the practice runs smoothly and continues to grow? Do you care deeply about people and want to support a team in meaningful, practical ways? Are you organized, proactive, and grounded — someone who follows through, holds boundaries kindly, and thrives on making things work better? If so, we want to meet you. Our ideal Office & Operations Manager is: • Team-Focused. You care about people and want to support both the team and the business. You encourage others, help them grow, and offer support with clarity, kindness, and follow-through. • A Connector. You help everyone stay aligned — owners, team members, and departments. You enjoy working across roles and making sure communication stays clear and systems run smoothly. • Operationally Strong. You notice problems before they escalate, ask the right questions, and take initiative to improve systems, organization, and daily flow. • A Trusted Partner. You work well with owners and take ownership of getting things done. You think strategically, help carry out goals, and support practice growth through smart, consistent operations. • Grounded & Reliable. You show up, follow through, and take pride in your work. You don’t need constant direction — you keep things on track and bring calm, thoughtful leadership to the day-to-day. As a biological, fee-for-service dental practice, we prioritize high-quality care and patient education. Our leadership team plays a key role in guiding the practice forward — connecting departments, supporting the team, and ensuring our values are reflected in everything we do. If you take pride in building strong systems, supporting others, and helping a practice grow with purpose, apply now and join our dedicated team! RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of this Office & Operations Manager role include, but are not limited to: • Work closely with the owners to carry out priorities, follow through on goals, and support the growth of the practice • Contribute to a positive, high-performing culture by supporting the team, encouraging growth, and reinforcing shared values • Identify and address gaps in systems, communication, or follow-through to support team efficiency and patient care • Support daily operations by helping ensure systems across all departments — including front office, clinical, and hygiene — run smoothly and consistently • Track and organize key metrics, projects, and responsibilities to help the team stay focused and accountable • Help implement practice strategies and support projects that drive long-term growth and alignment • Foster clear, respectful communication across departments and support consistency in expectations QUALIFICATIONS Required • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dental or healthcare operations, team leadership, or office management • Must be able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in conversation • Strong ability to build rapport, support alignment, and collaborate effectively across departments • Ability to think strategically while supporting daily operations and team success • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through Preferred • Comfort working with practice metrics such as production, scheduling, or case acceptance • Familiarity with dental terminology and clinical workflows • Experience working in a fee-for-service dental practice • Experience with tracking case acceptance and optimizing scheduling efficiency Desired • Awareness of holistic dental concepts and an interest in biological dentistry • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree • Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software • Proficient with digital systems; able to learn and implement new tools with ease • Experience with treatment coordination or dental assisting WHY David Francis, DDS? A Positive & Supportive Team. We believe in working together, supporting each other, and creating a lighthearted, professional environment. Holistic & Innovative Dentistry. We utilize advanced treatments such as laser therapy, ozone, and PRF while prioritizing patient education and trust. Fee-for-Service Excellence. We focus on providing exceptional care without the limitations of insurance-driven dentistry. Growth & Learning. We value ongoing education and provide opportunities for professional development.
