Here’s what we imagine about you: • You have a natural gift for connecting with people—from the first “hello” to the warm goodbye. • You're a multi-tasking magician who can juggle phones, schedules, insurance questions, and a colleague’s “quick ask”, presenting a treatment plan without dropping the ball—or your cool. • You’re an amazing communicator who doesn’t just speak clearly, but connects deeply. Your phone presence is more than professional—it’s personal. • You believe in dentistry. You believe in helping people say yes to the treatment they need—and you're not afraid to guide them toward what’s best for their health. • And you know this field: You’ve been in a dental office before, ideally as an insurance coordinator or treatment coordinator, and you speak the language fluently—insurance, EOBs, pre-auths, fee schedules and all.
