You’ll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options and feel confident moving forward. This position requires both administrative excellence and strong interpersonal skills. ✅ Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily scheduling to maximize provider productivity Present treatment plans clearly, including financial arrangements and insurance breakdowns Follow up with unscheduled treatment and maintain accurate tracking systems Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding experience Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations 🎯 Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 years dental front office experience (required) Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales or case presentation experience preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping others and delivering top-tier service
