Come Grow with us! Exciting opportunity with a new orthodontic practice! We are searching for a full-time, Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Our practice is one that focuses on providing the highest quality care in a personable, fun, modern and upbeat environment. We are looking for a warm, professional, engaging and dynamic person with excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to connect with patients and parents. The Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator will welcome our new patients into our family and guide them through the orthodontic process. Ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional phone presence with excellent listening skills and the ability to build a rapport with our patients. We're looking for a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and time efficiently. Orthodontic/Dental experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Address any questions or concerns the patient has regarding treatment • Build trust with the patients • Present treatment fees, payment options and policies • Complete all necessary insurance paperwork and monitor payments • Follow up on patient treatment to facilitate initiating care • Assist in all procedures needed to make the office run smoothly, such as answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments • Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork. • Participate in internal and external marketing • Contribute to the office social media
