A fast paced dental practice in the area of East Ridge, TN is in need of an full-time experienced front desk patient coordinator. The ideal candidate would be a fit in our culture if they possessed strengths in the following areas: - Prior dental front office experience - Bilingual would be beneficial, as well - Connect with patients by greeting them warmly, handing out forms, and scanning information into the practice system - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - Highly effective verbal and communication skills - Must be a team player - Excellent customer service skills - Maintain patient centered focus at all times - Professionalism in all aspects of job - Maintain a full schedule daily by staying in contact with patients using reminders via text or phone - Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis - Strong knowledge in treatment plan presentation - Coordinate financial agreements for the patient’s financial responsibility of dental treatment - Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries in a timely manner - Be familiar with insurance and be able to answer questions patients may have concerning coverage - Process insurance claims and collect insurance benefits - Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office in a timely manner - Fulfill other duties as needed upon request Benefits/Pay - Pay commensurate with experience with opportunity to grow - 401K with employer contribution - Paid time off - Paid Holidays - Scrub Allowance - CE Allowance Please do NOT call our office number for inquiry.
