Alternate Tuesdays we work from a satellite office in Huntersville; travel to this office location is required. Due to the nature of our specialty, employees are expected to be flexible and willing to stay until all patients are finished and cleanup is done, as there are occasions when we run later. Very occasionally you may be required to work a Friday morning to assist the doctor with surgery. Our ideal candidate would be someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to go the extra mile to provide our patients with the best experience possible. This is a busy and challenging office but presents a wonderful opportunity for you to learn and expand your assisting skills. We would prefer a candidate with some experience in restorative dentistry, including but not limited to, making impressions and acrylic temporaries. We are a paperless office so being comfortable with computers, digital scanners, and 3D imaging would be beneficial but full training will be given. Knowledge of Dentrix, and VixWin digital radiographic software would be of benefit. Candidates must have great work ethic, be willing to learn and improve clinical skills have a good chair side manner, and the ability to provide excellent and quality patient care and patient education. As a best practice, the CDC has approved a disinfection process, by utilizing EPA registered and approved chemicals, reducing the risks associated with COVID-19 and to limit its spread. In order to maintain a safe environment, we have implemented these guidelines, along with our regular safety protocols, which include: • An ADA approved screening process upon entering the office, which includes recording of temperatures and blood oxygen levels of patient and staff each day. •Keeping patients safely distanced at 6 feet apart. •Giving patients a pre-appointment mouth rinse of peroxide and H2O to limit the amount of germs before examination. •The installation of air purifiers with HEPA H-13 filters in each patient room, to continuously filtrate the air throughout the day. • At the end of each day we are using an EPA registered disinfectant fogger that allows us to kill and remove pathogens in the air and on surfaces. The health and safety of our patients and employees is our number one priority, and we hope you all will take part in keeping our office and community safe. We are offering a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
