Patient Coordinator Role: This role will require you to bring your strong interpersonal skills to be the first connection with the patients to offer a 5-Star experience in our practice. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in a general dental practice • Proficiency in Eaglesoft experience is highly preferred, but not required • Experience using tracking systems • Experience working on the hygiene recall system and tracking unscheduled patients. • Experience in converting New Patient calls to appointments • Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and other team members. • Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward (manage KPIs). • Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure. • Positive outlook and a passion for what we do! Responsibilities: • Maintain the hygiene schedule to meet or exceed the daily goals • Converting the New Patient calls into scheduled appointments and tracking the process of referral tracking systems • Partner with the front desk to ensure smooth systems and flow through the day • Create a 5-Star experience with the patients from check in to check out • Track stats that are relevant to role in several key areas • Utilize all the software we offer such as Eaglesoft, Dental Intel, Revenue Well, Podium, CallRail Benefits: • Thorough/Intensive training program • Competitive Salary and Bonus Plan
