RESPONSIBILITIES: • Fosters positive relationships with patients and their families. • Ability to make everyone feel like a welcomed guest to our office. • Ability to direct patients to proper clinical or administrative area. • Educates patients and their families about treatment and oral hygiene. • Contributes to a high energy, fast paced environment that provides patients with an entertaining, fun and dynamic experience. • Consistently treats all patients and coworkers with respect and contributes to a positive work environment. • Demonstrated success working as a member of a team. • Connects with patients and their families by asking open-ended questions to assess patient needs and take appropriate actions. • Takes a proactive role in maintaining Aszkler brand standards in patient engagement, visual and housekeeping. • Ability to multitask and prioritize; to work efficiently. • Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate. • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. • Ability to change quickly, like a chameleon, and to make it a fun part of your life. • Receptionist or customer service experienced preferred and ability to demonstrate strong patient-focused engagement. • Upholds all company policies as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual and Code of Business Conduct. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous dental or orthodontic experience (clinical and administrative) • Computer experience REQUIRED EDUCATION: • High school education, some college preferred • Dental Hygiene License ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • This is a full-time position. • Medical Insurance • Paid Time Off • 401k JOB SUMMARY: We are currently accepting applicants to assist us assisting in clinic. Exceptional communication skills and a warm and ready smile are essential for this job.
