We are a locally owned private general dental practice looking for a kind and compassionate person to fill the position as our Dental Receptionist to oversee patient and administration operations in our practice. We are looking for a friendly Dental Receptionist, who is patient centered, dependable and has a professional attitude and demeanor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all patients and ensure that all receive exceptional customer service, at all times Answer incoming calls, receive messages, and route calls accordingly Monitoring email messages and responding in a timely manner Scheduling appointments for patients Assisting patients with checking in and out Collecting payment/co-pays Provide dental insurance verification/processing Skills Required: Excellent customer service At least 2 years of dental front office experience Computer/Technology savvy-fully digital dental practice Typing proficiency Excellent grammar and telephone skills required. Extremely knowledgeable of PPO Insurance processing/co-pays/verification Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Proficiency in MS Office (Word) Presenting treatment plans and assist with financial arrangements Managing accounts payable and receivable Scheduling treatment and follow up Managing social media Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Pay is based on experience, education and qualifications.
