Description

A growing dental practice is currently searching for a new team member to fill the role of Office Concierge in our Charlotte office. The new employee will join a highly motivated team that has been critical to the ongoing strategic growth of our practice. This role is specifically designed to expand our already excellent track record of focusing on our patients needs in a personal, caring fashion. We are seeking an individual who is well-presented and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of excellent customer service skills, energetic, lots of common sense and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others. This person is friendly, highly organized, able to multi-task, and works well with all personality types. This is a full time position. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answering phone calls Responding to voicemails and emails Scheduling appointments Calling patients for appointment reminders Sorting mail and faxes Collecting data from patients Collecting and posting payments Various other clerical jobs as needed Keeping the front office area clean and stocked Minimum Job Qualifications The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: 1. Superior customer service skills and experience, preferably in a dental or medical setting 2. Ability to multi-task 3. Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and phone) 4. Commitment to working as a key contributor to a high performing team 5. Overall proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Microsoft tools Preferred Skills The following skills/experience is highly desired in the selection candidate but not required: 1. Experience using Eaglesoft Dental Patient Management System 2.
