This role will support the integration of specialty services into independent general and pediatric dental offices. The Operations Coordinator serves to support and provide on-site training to enhance office efficiency and workflow in preparation for specialty production days. Day-to-day responsibilities as a dental operations coordinator include: Maintains communication with client dental practices; support and maintain productivity. Organizing and scheduling dental team (Specialists and RDAs), operatories, supplies and equipment used for specialty procedures Review the treatment plan and insurance verification with office staff and specialists Implement changes and provide education and feedback to providers, departments and offices in relation to denials that impact revenue Demonstrate exceptional integrity and composure with patients, staff and specialists Corresponding with patients, if requested, that have any questions about treatments Qualifications: 1 year dental experience required; ortho, surgical and treatment/insurance coordinating experience a plus Comfortable with presenting dental information to patients Licensed RDA
