Our spa-like atmosphere, combined with optimum personal attention, will help alleviate any fears or apprehensions patients might have toward dental treatment. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of previous dental experience. Job duties may include but not limited to the following: Answering phone calls, building relationship with patients Insurance verification, billing, and processing claims Creating treatment plans and discussing this with patients Organizing and implementing systems in order to run a more efficient office work flow. Managing staff, payroll, controlling inventory and overhead costs. Creating job posts, hiring/firing/onboarding new staff members. Event planning and coordinating for staff lunches/dinners for birthdays, holidays, etc. Creating treatment plans and discussing this with patients Resubmitting claims and narratives to insurance companies for outstanding accounts We are looking for a forward-thinker candidate, someone who can also identify areas that need to be streamlined and become more efficient. We are looking for vital in managing team members, scheduling, budgeting, marketing, training new staff, and we want someone who can take our office to the next level. Knowledge of patient retention and attracting new patients is an asset. Experience with Open Dental would be an asset but is not required.
