Looking for an RDH for a small, private general practice in Conyers, GA. If you are looking for a practice that values hygienists and allows you to truly care for your patients, this is the practice for you. We are all digital (charts, xrays) and use Dentrix and Weave software. Commission (based on production) starts at 35% and increases 1% per year up to 41%. Offering $40/hour or commission (whichever is higher) for the first 6 months. You determine how much time you need to see patients. Front office team works diligently to keep your schedule full. Each year we raise fees or drop an insurance company, you essentially get a raise in addition to your increase in %. Dont let the commission scare you, our hygienists make between $65K -$90K per year. Other perks: $3000 per year dental benefits, paid uniforms, 1 week paid vacation after one year, hygiene appreciation, birthday lunches, Christmas bonus. We are looking for someone for Monday thru Wednesdays 8:30am - 5pm, and Thursdays 8am - 2pm. Have a long weekend every week!
