We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant with at least 5 years of experience who will treat our patients like family. We have a full time position open with the following schedule: - Monday 9 am- 5pm - Tuesday 10 am- 7pm - Wednesday 9am -5pm - Thursday 9 am- 5pm - Friday 8 am- 2pm - Saturday off - Sunday off Why Floridian Dental? * Competitive pay * Paid holidays * Paid vacations * Paid uniforms Providing excellent patient care, sterilization of instruments and equipment, sterilization monitoring, taking X-Rays, entering patient treatment plans, proficiently make bleaching trays, lab case coordination, fabricating temporary crowns and bridges, surgical experience, pouring models, providing assistance to the office and dentist with daily operations as needed. Key components of a Dental Assistant’s job is to instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare, prepare materials for impressions and restorations, take dental x-rays, and convey and confirm treatment plans with all patients. Must have exceptional chair side etiquette strong English verbal skills and Spanish is a plus but not mandatory. * Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) in the state of Florida and/or ADA/CDA certified required * Radiology certificate required * 5 years experience within dental office preferred
