We are a thriving practice looking for a part time dental hygienist, with the potential to become full time, to join our team that feels like a family. Our practice strives for integrity, care, and excellence. We are looking for someone to join our office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Responsibilities Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination Sterilize dental instruments properly Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride) Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques) Take X-rays Maintain documentation and charts on each patient Skills Diploma in Dental Hygiene Valid license to practice Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment Outstanding communication skills A patient and friendly personality Attention to detail Job Type: Part-time with potential for full time License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist License (Required)
