Sensational Smiles is an established, privately owned non-DSO family dental practice that utilizes state-of-the-art technology to best educate and treat our patient’s oral health needs. At Sensational Smiles, we focus on creating a positive patient experience and are currently looking for an experienced, talented, and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our wonderful team! Ideally, we would like you to have 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant but it is not absolutely necessary. Attitude, professionalism, and a hard work ethic are more important to us than experience. Our Dental Assistant: • Seat and prepare patients for dental work • Review patient notes and charts for treatment information prior to arrival • Assist dentists with Invisalign aligner delivery, fitting, and checks • Educate patients about Invisalign treatment, proper care, and wearing of aligners • Schedule appointments for delivery and checks • Provide postoperative instructions as directed by the Dentist • Assist with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays and preparing materials and rooms • Record treatment information in patient records via EagleSoft dental software • Assist the Office Manager at the front desk Our Benefits: • Competitive Pay • Generous comprehensive fringe benefit package Our office utilizes: • Itero Digital Scanner • Fully Digital Workflow with digital radiographs and EagleSoft Looking For: • A friendly, outgoing personality • A caring chairside manner • Passion for oral health and patient care • Willing to learn and be part of a growing team Dental Assistant Requirements: • Registered Dental Assistant (Required) • Four Handed Dentistry (Required) • Dental x-ray certification • Dental Assisting: 1 Year (Preferred) • High School Diploma • Good written and verbal communication • Able to provide great patient care Note: Patient care hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday- Thursday. Lunch is from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM and our average employee is onsite from 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM.
