This position may be right for you! Location: Our growing pediatric dental practice proudly serves the Cypress, Copperfield, Bridgeland, Katy, and Tomball areas. We are located NW of downtown Houston in Cypress, TX, where there are numerous experiences right in your backyard. From local parks, to trendy community cafés, bars, and restaurants there is something for everyone to enjoy! What You’ll Be Working On: - Providing exceptional customer service and build trust with patients and their families - Prepare treatment rooms including, but not limited to, set-up, decontamination, sterilizing and restocking supplies - Educate patients and their parents on the importance of preventative care - Conduct coronal polishing, sealant placement, and recording treatment information in the patient’s chart - Assist with oral conscious sedation and IV sedation cases  - Schedule the patient’s next treatment appointment - Assist with presenting treatment plans and handling dental emergencies Qualifications: - Current RDA license for Texas is required - Nitrous oxide monitoring certification is required within 30 days after hiring - Sealant and Coronal Polishing is a plus - active Basic Life Support (BLS) required - Open Dental or Dentrix experience is a huge plus - Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for providing great customer service - Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - Team player with the ability to work independently on goals and objectives - Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask - Assist with ordering and inventory - Willingness to help with social media and some marketing What’s In It For You: - Work-life balance - Holiday Pay - Paid training opportunities - Bonus - GREAT team to work with!
