Looking to find a motivated, enthusiastic and caring dental assistant that is ready to join and contribute to a growing general practice. The position is primarily clinical however cross training to learn and pitch in with basic front office responsibilities is needed as well. A friendly and kind demeanor is extremely important in order to blend in well with the team and our patients. Being a team player, having a strong work ethic, being dependable and punctual are also critical attributes of the person we are looking to find. We are a technology forward practice so comfort with digital imaging and computers is needed or at least a willingness to learn how to use it. Some familiarity with working in a busy practice is preferable however we are happy to train the right person lacking experience. Hourly wage negotiable depending on skill set with additional benefits, such as paid time off, paid holidays and a matching retirement plan being part of the overall compensation package.  Health insurance will also be a benefit provided to employees beginning January 1, 2024.  Additional $1000 starting bonus to the new Team member that fills this dental assistant/front office role for our office.
