Suite 200, Coppell, TX 75019 Job Description Compassion Smiles Dentistry is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist with at least one year of experience. We need an individual who wants to grow and join our amazing team. We are looking for someone who has great customer service, great work ethics, very professional, compassionate, and a vibrant personality. Our ideal candidate must also be able to multitask, eager to learn, work well with others and understand the importance of building a positive rapport with patients of all ages: children and adults. Primary Responsibilities -Arrive 30 minutes prior to first scheduled patient - Attend Morning Team Meetings - Check the daily schedule for accuracy and ensure all appointments have necessary documents prior to seeing patients - Ensure that HIPPA Notice of Privacy of Practices is always followed - Scheduling and Confirming Appointments - Answer phone calls - Collect payment from patients before the time of treatment - Presenting treatment plans to patients - Computer proficiency (Email, Internet, Microsoft Office etc.) - Verifying insurance before appointments -Submitting insurance claims -Submitting a pre-estimate - Filing, organizing, and properly documenting information - Help explain office policy to patients Experience: - At Least 1year experience - Knowledge with open dental software Education: High school Diploma Job Type: 4 days a week for now, however will be full-time in the future Work Authorization: United States (Preferred) Language: English **If candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish) is will be very helpful!!
